Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds do not apply to any materials purchased or for lessons that have already been completed. Please review our policy carefully.

Once your refund request is approved, processing may take up to 14 business days. We will keep you updated throughout the process.

If you wish to cancel your trial lesson, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any charges. We appreciate your understanding.
